Welcome to the new OIIT Service Desk site! The OIIT Service Desk is the first point of contact for many IT applications and services at the Boston Public Schools. We use Numara's Track-IT! to track service requests and to route problems to the appropriate IT support groups when necessary. We strive to resolve all IT issues in a timely manner.
