There are many opportunities that make Charlestown High an excellent school, and we encourage every student to participate in at least one activity each year.
Participating in an activity has several benefits. Here are only a few:

• It is a lot of fun!
• You can meet new friends and people with similar interests.
• You can learn new skills.
• It looks great on your college and work resume. Many colleges require extracurricular activities and/or community service.
• You can improve the school and community through active participation and build school morale!

We offer academic clubs including National Honor Society, Debate Team, Arabic Community Mentoring, SAT Academy, and MCAS Prep. Our school has several other special interest clubs including Talent Fashion Show, Drama Club, Yearbook, Photography Club, Greenhouse Club, Environmental Club, European Trip Club, Japanese Club, GSA, Job Readiness Training, Robotics Club, and more!
